I have a Nortel 11c. Internally I can see the person's name who is calling me and there extension number. Externally when some calls in I can only see the number they are calling from not there name. Is there a feature that is not turned on? Or a CLS that needs to be added?

What is the interface on your PRI? If NI2 make sure NDS is set in the RCAP. I haven't been able to get incoming external name to work on anything other than NI2, but honestly I haven't tried to set up on another IFC setting.
Then just have the LEC send the name with the number. We have switches where we have to pay extra for the name, but it works with no other programming.
