MICS 5.0 with Caller ID trunk card. Is it accurate that only 1 phone can get caller ID info? If that 1 phone is 221 the receptionist who answers all calls, if she properly receives the caller ID info either by f811 or automatically
[not sure which} but has to transfer the call to Ext 222 will 222 be able to get or see the caller ID info while their phones is ringing prior to picking it up? At what software level do u not have to use F811 and the ID comes up automatically?
