caller ID

My in/out caller ID is not working - I have checked with our carrier and they say that we are activated. Her is what I show in the switch. Am I missing anything?

i assume your using pri, what are your entries on your rcap? i would ld 96 enl msgi x enl msgo x on the d's to see what your getting and sending
