In our company every phone has a Primary and a Secondary extension. When a user is on the 1st line and a 2nd caller comes in is there a way to see the name display or phone number or the 2nd caller?

I've tried putting the 1st caller on hold and pausing to see if we see the 2nd caller number or name display and I've tried pressing the 2nd button but that answers the call.

Suggestions?

I use feature 113 but that didn't work. Is it called something else?
