I have a customer that wants caller id (they have MICS 5.0). I know you have to wait for 2 rings for the caller id to come in from the CO. Do you see the caller id info before you pickup the phone? Also, after the call is picked up an transfered, does the person receiving the call see the caller id before they pickup the phone? Tks.

You only see caller id on one set with 5.0 while the call is ringing, I can't remember if they changed it in 6.0 or 6.1, the id should be sent to a transfered call if it is a blind transfer.
