We are running a Legend, not sure of the version. We have a PRI ciruit used for incoming and outgoing. On our outgoing calls we are not being identifed on the receiving party's caller ID. Does this have to be changed at both the PRI carrier's level as well as the PBX level. If so I will call our carrier but how do I turn on the option in the PBX?

However, some vendors just don't see it from the switch for some reason.

It sounds like they are not providing it, -OR- THEY ARE wanting you to send it, and since it's not set in the Legend, they are not getting anything.

I'd give it a try anyway.
