We are running a Legend, not sure of the version. We have a PRI ciruit used for incoming and outgoing. On our outgoing calls we are not being identifed on the receiving party's caller ID. Does this have to be changed at both the PRI carrier's level as well as the PBX level. If so I will call our carrier but how do I turn on the option in the PBX?
