Caller ID with Merlin Messaging 1

I have a customer with a Merlin Messaging R4 (Magix R4)
The auto attendant answers all calls and they have ordered caller ID
How can I get the messaging to delay it's answer til after the second ring so the system can get the caller ID data?
I know some older systems would allow you to program the ports for delay answer in the voicemail programming.

Look under the loop start delay. That should allow for enough tme for the CID to register.
