I have a customer with a Merlin Messaging R4 (Magix R4)
The auto attendant answers all calls and they have ordered caller ID
How can I get the messaging to delay it's answer til after the second ring so the system can get the caller ID data?
I know some older systems would allow you to program the ports for delay answer in the voicemail programming.
