Our site has a 9600 system (release 15) for a 1000-room hotel. We have started integrating a Cisco Call Manager for back office and administrative users and have noticed that name is not being passed from hotel rooms, but we are getting number. The Fujitsu system integrates with LMS for the hospitality package.
Name and number is being passed from any other Fujitsu set that is not in the hotel. The only way you can see the name on the room is from a console set. Anyone know how to pass the name to the Call Manager?
