Caller ID while ringing

Have a BCM 400, 4.0. All of the lines but one show caller ID when rining. This particular target line does not show the CID until after the call is answered. I do not see any differences in this target line and the others that are working. Where am I missing it??

Go into the set that the target line appears prigramming and on the line tell it is a CLID.

Delete the target line and remake on a different/open target line and reassign to set.
Or before that assign it to another set and does it get the CLID?
