Caller id when there is no caller id?

We don't have caller id and only have a raw bit t1, no isdn. Is it possible for the phone company (at&t in this case) to tell us who called in if we give them a date and time? I thought it would be easier to ask here than jump through AT&T hoops.

Is this on inbound toll-free service? If so, you should be able to get the ANI from the billing information eventually.

AT&T probably could tell you, but finding the person that actually can and will tell you will probably take years.
