Hello

when we do a call forward to an external destination, and we are called from an external user, the caller's number is sent over the provider's network. Is there any way to send our own number ? Our provider rejects the call because he does not recognize the caller ID as being "a client".

I tried changing some settings, but I only managed to clear the caller ID, which is rejected also....

I played around with something this morning that worked for me, but I am going out and back in throught he same group so it may or may not work for you. But you could give it a try.

1. Set up a x ported number.
2. Add a remote cover path "ch cov remote" and put in the 9 or whatever you dial access code is and the number you want the call to go to.
3. "Add coverage path next" and have it set to all calls and put r? (your remote coverage path number as the first point of coverage).

When you have to transfer the call to the remote place send it to the x-ported number and it will display that ID.

May give you something to play around with anyways.
