In which load on an Option 61 do you set the transmitted caller ID number? I know if has something do do with the customer database, but the range says it is set between 0 and 3999. We have a new block of DIDs that start with 4100. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks dm1964

You print the CLID entry tables in LD 21. You make changes to the tables in LD 15.

To print your current CLID entries:
LD 21
REQ: PRT
TYPE: CLID
CUST: 0
RANG: (hit return to see all)

To change the CLID table:
LD 15
REQ: CHG
TYPE: NET
CUST: 0
(hit return to CLID)
CLID: YES
ENTR: (the entry number. could be an existing entry or a new one)

To answer the remaining prompts, use the printout of your existing DID range to use as a guide to create your new DID entry.

War Eagle!!
