caller id time R6

I have an R6. Customer changed to Cable telephone service. We adjusted the time to the correct time and any incoming calls changes the time to 12:15am etc. Then we adjust the time again correctly and it reverts.

Is there a way to turn off auto caller id time update? This is an R6 processor.

 
Not on the R6. Your customer will have to fight with the cable company to get the emta programmed properly.
 
R8 will allow you to disable the feature, but an R6 you are stuck with it synching to caller id being sent. Unfortunately, it will continue to change. Like TTT says, you will have to fight with your provider to get this fixed if possible.
 
have an auto attendant pick up before the CID information comes through and just transfer it to wherever you want it to go was a workaround for that. You will lose however the CID information completely.
