hi,i am a business systems tech for a local telephone company.i installed a bcm50 about 2 years ago.since the unit has been in we have had a issue with caller id.caller id will intermittently stop working on line one about every couple of months.when the caller id stops you can not get it working again until you reset the system.before i reset the system i tried swapping lines one and two and caller id works fine on line two(original line one trunk) but line one will still not show id (with line two trunk).customer has satillite recievers on line one and they always display caller id.i replaced the analog trunk module with same results.i then replaced the case that the module slides into ,still same results,clid stops every couple of months,somtimes will be o.k. for 6 or 7 months then stop.i would appreciate any help,thank you.
