Customer with a MICS 6.1 and PRI. Caller ID just says "Private Number" I have looked and nothing has changed (it just stopped working). I reset the system and the customer has reset the Adtran that the T1 comes in on. Integra says their stuff is all good. I just want to be sure I haven't missed something. I believe it is Integra's problem but we can't get them to admit to anything. Any thoughts appreciated.
