Hello,
Site A is my main location and is where the Call Manager is located. I have site B that is a remote site but connects to Site A via Verizon T1. Calls made from Site B are leaving the Call Manager with a caller ID of "Unknown Caller".
Any suggestions on where to look in Call Manager for caller ID supression or is this a carrier or router issue?
