Caller ID shows Unknown Number from Call Manager

Hello,

Site A is my main location and is where the Call Manager is located. I have site B that is a remote site but connects to Site A via Verizon T1. Calls made from Site B are leaving the Call Manager with a caller ID of "Unknown Caller".

Any suggestions on where to look in Call Manager for caller ID supression or is this a carrier or router issue?

Is the Verizon circuit a point to point?

Are you using the same GW, and route pattern.

Are you allowing call id on a per phone basis or via the RP?

Thanks Jeter. All I know at this point is the particular location is connected to the main office via a frame-relay cloud. This office has a local 2610xm router that connects them to the network. This site and others all traverse back to the CM in the main office as well as use the outbound lines from the main office. Will need some help to determine what RP is used and where to confirm if call id is on per phone basis or via the RP.
