We are finding that when calls go out on a Avaya IP Office 500 v2 with 11.1.2.2 build 20 system that is configured with AT&T IP Flex Sip trunks calling Verizon cell customers the Caller ID says Public Service. Only with Verizon cell phones no others. Nothing has changed for years on the system other than the software was upgraded. I have tried a few sip settings for the extension but nothing is changed. I know in the past if I did not have a valid number and had the default extension in the SIP tabs certain carriers would not let call go out. I am thinking it is related to the SIP changes on 11.1 such as shaken stir?
Anyway am not finding anything and figured this group would have seen issue.

Thanks

CID names are a carrier thing. Nothing you can do about it but call them and get it fixed.
