Caller ID recall on 8x24DS

I have a customer that wants to recall caller ID on his M8x24DS with a 12x0 attached to it... The 12x0 has the 8 lines going to it first rather then it going through the 8x24DS.

So, how can he recall the last few numbers of caller ID?

Have to have call log set up on that extension. Unfortunately if you don't have log already set up, you can't review any of the calls previous to this set up. You will have a pool of probably 600 logs to distribute however you see fit, you can put all of them on one ext. or you can divide them up amoung as many extensions as you would like to log calls.
