Caller ID questions

I just installed a Vodavi STSe (3501) and I am having trouble with Call ID being displayed. Only the number is displayed on all 4 stations. But if a station is on CO1 (line 1), (total 4 CO lines) name & number are both displayed on all 4 stations. There is a SLIB in Slot 2 and a CIDU module. I've gone through the programming sequence several times. What I am I missing or doing wrong?
