Caller ID Question

I have caller ID coming in from the phone company, on analog lines to an MICS 5.0, w/caller ID cards installed. But I'm not seeing anything on the CAP. Is there a setting that I am missing?

I believe there are two placed in programming you need to look at:

-Under Telco Features the Call ID needs to be set to yes.

-Under Lines you need to enter the set number where you want the CLID to appear.

Presuming your CAP appears and rings on the CLID lines you wish to see,,,
Check that the CLID set in 'Line' programming has been set for the DN of the CAP, also under Telco features in Termainals and Sets check First display for name/number and make your cap logging set and enable the All Calls setting.
