Caller-ID Question

We are only receiving the numbers of external callers and not the names. Our phone company is telling us that this information is not being blocked. We're using a PRI, so we should be able to receive the name of the caller, if it is being sent. As far as we know our PBX trunk group is not restricting the caller information, but we're not sure why the name is not being passed to the phones for incoming calls. We have an Avaya G3V11 PBX system. Does anyone know if there is a fix for this? At home I can see the name of the person calling, not sure why it would be different at work.
