I have an NCP500 with 4-LCOT card w/ caller ID. When I call in on trunk 1, I have it set to ring at ICD group 601, ringing on all phones. The caller ID on a live call shows up as "115085254131" Is the system adding that extra "1" at the beginning of the caller ID? If I have a regular phone plugged into it, caller ID looks normal. Also, and unrelated, incoming calls to the group don't show up in the "Incoming Calls" log on the individual extension.
Anyone have any thoughts?

If the system is adding the 1 look at the caller Id modification table or do a isdn trace
On the call log you will need call log button for the group
