Caller ID Problem

Does anyone know where the setting is to allow Caller ID to flow throughout an entire transfer sequence? For example: From my cell I call our main 8xx number at work. I get the operator and she then transfers me to another extension. The system shows the call coming from the operator rather than displaying the ANI of my cell phone. We are on an S8720 Communication Manager 3.1. I have been combing through the settings within the inbound ISDN trunk page. Send Calling number and Send Connected number are both stroked YES.
