Caller ID possible? Also static comes and goes.

Hi,

Please tell me if Caller ID is possible for my setup:

Processor:
Partner Plus R4.1
Modules:
Partner ACS 206E R3.1
Phones:
18D

I know my VOIP provider has caller ID in our package. If caller ID is possible how do I enable it? Or is just not possible with this setup. I've searched for hours and this forum looks the place to ask this.


Also every now and then I get tons of static on the phone, and its not always on the same phone. Is this the modules overheating?

Any expansion module that would be Caller ID capable would need to have a "C" suffix (308EC for example) so even if the processor could support Caller ID, any telephone lines connected to the expansion modules would not pass along Caller ID info to the processor.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.
