Caller ID over VOIP Trunks

We have a BCM 400 tied back to a 1000M and are having difficulty in getting caller ID working both ways across the trunks. It seems that from the 1000M to the BCM it works fine but from the BCM back no information is displayed? The set is CSE not SL1. Also, when the I2004 phone is dialed to the BCM 400 it flashes but doesn't ring? Any sugeestions?

You'll need to configure a OLI on each set, a business name, and PNI to carry name back to the 1000M.

I'm assuming you have the MCDN keycode on the BCM?

Is the i2004 on the BCM or the 1000M?

Yes the MCDN feature is activated, and the i2004 phone we have on both sides. I will check the OLI and the other itmes noted here, thanks!
