Caller ID Outputting weird characters

Greetings!

I have an MICS (7.1) with one caller ID card. The caller ID worked ok with their last system, but I'm getting weird characters.

[V... >[V... 480 239 4724... H329... unknown reason... Line 001.

Is this indicative of the card going bad? Are there versions involved?

All my settings appear ok.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
