Caller ID only displays 7 numbers

We have a MICS 0x32 with 6.1 software, a Call Pilot 150, and T7316E phones. The caller ID is working, but it is only showing seven numbers and not the area codes. Can this be changed to the 10 numbers (ie. 770.555.1212) and if it can, how. Thanks for any support.

Thereis no provision to strip off the area code in call id display. I'd check the line to be sure it is receiving all 10 digits.

I've seen something similar on 6.1, the ten digits DO show up during the call but after the call has ended, the log shows the 7 digit number then the area code following, i.e., 234-5678 (808). I don't remember older versions doing that.
