I was told that the MICS 6.1 supported caller id if you were already on the phone. Basically if I am talking on the phone, and a second external call comes to me, I want to see who it is. AA is being handled by a NAM 4.1, and doing the transfers. Any ideas?

I have a 6.1, and the answer to this is yes and no...
I have noticed that phones in which lines will ring in on I/C will not automatically display unless it was an internal transfer (CP100, AA, etc) from an external line. This does tend to be a little flaky at times.
If you have an actual line appearence on the set, then it should show.
