caller id on second call

If you are on your phone, and you get a "beep" that you have a second incomming call - the Caller ID info for that 2nd call should show up on your screen. You may have to touch "more" to see it.

If you program an "Inspect" button you can press it and activate Inspect Mode. You can then press the ringing line and it will give you all the caller id information for that call.
You do need to press "Inspect" (to exit Inspect Mode) again before being able to grab that line or put your current caller on hold.
