How do I get caller id to display on cell phones using R2.

If I call a landline the number displays.

Any suggestions

I don't work with R2 but I think the same rules apply.

The Called and Calling number information is sent to the Telco during the initial setup of the call. The phone system has no idea that the destination is a Cell Phone so the setup info is identical.

Conclusion: The caller ID is being stripped by the Telco before being passed on to the Cell.

Where in the world you are using R2 Trunks? I have installed these type of trunks in Venezuela but the telco blocks ID from the 3300 to the PSTN. Ask the Telco if they are not letting you pass the ID

This setup is in the British Virgin Islands

The telco is the dealer for Mitel pbx's and I work for that company.

The DMS100 sees the digits I am sending but I don't know why they are not being sent across to cells.

If I am calling another 3300 I get the number showing.
