Caller ID on POTS line

I do not have external caller ID on my Nortel 61c PBX. We have 5 T1 circuits (not PRI). If i buy the software only for caller ID, but don't change the circuits to PRI, can I get caller ID on a POTS line that's programmed as a key on my phone? thank you very much for your help

It is my understanding that CallerID via POTS is only available outside the north-american continent. I would assume you also have to have CallerID capable line cards, but hopefully someone else can respond to that.
