Caller ID on phones setup with an ACD

I'm wondering if this can be done. We have caller ID setup on our phones, which works fine for phones not setup with an ACD. If a phone is setup with an ACD, they will only view the incoming caller phone number AFTER they pick up. This applies to calls coming in on the ACD line (setup as key 0) as well as their direct line (which is setup as key 3).

So, to state my request, is there any way to allow Caller ID to show on phones that are setup with an ACD on key 0? I'm mostly concerned about showing calls that are to the direct extensions (rather than calls coming in through the ACD).

change the cls to TDD. That should do it.

Thanks for the reply. However, I must not have that option because it doesn't display on the LD 20, and when I try to set it within LD 11, it gives me an SCH0345. I'm working with 2008 and 2616 phones. I believe I'm running 11C if that helps.

TDD is available in RLS 23 and later. Check in LD 22 - ISS
