Hello, I received a report from employee that when making outbound calls the destination is seeing our company name and employee DID, not her name.

ex:
Key 0 SCR 1234 2
CPND JANE,SMITH

Destination sees:

ABC Company
567-1234

Tried a few other phones and it appears to be s system-wide issue though no other complaints yet.

Thanks for any assistance!

The name will never be sent out. The company name is attached by your provider.

Thanks Johnthephoneguy, maybe thats why nobody has complained before:)

However, I thought thats what the CLID allowed me to do, send the name and DID.....no?

Nope. Depending on what release you are on and your provider, you can change the outgoing number you send out but you cannot manipulate the name. AFAIK

Name is populated by the CNAM database maintained by providers (or Neustar maybe?). I don't know of any carrier that does not override whatever name you send and attach the name that belongs to your account. This isn't actually "attached" but rather the terminating carrier does a CNAM dip to see what name belongs to the number - which your carrier provides when you get service.
