I can't get caller ID on one phone. Where under this phone can I check to enable it to show up. I swapped the phone out with a known good one, so I am convinced its a configuration issue. any help would be appreciated.

In the COS make sure you have ADD & CNDA. Depending on your software release, TDD in the COS will allow you to have display on roll-up lines as well.

How do I add ADD and CNDA to this TN. It scrolls down so fast I can't read everything. Can you give me the command to add these services to the TN I'm having the problem with.

if your software release is high enough, you should do what lgarza1 suggested and program TDD in the CLS. Just try adding it and, if it doesn't let you, then you know you don't have that option. But TDD is better than just ADD because it updates your display with the second caller's information if you're already on a call.

I'm new here and to this phone system. Can someone explain how "the TDD in the COS will allow you to have display on roll-up lines" work?
I added it to my TN but don't know what it does to utilize this feature.

TDD is Tandom Digit Display. It does what Coniglio said, if you are on a call on any of your DN's, primary or roll-up, and a new call comes in, you can see the calling line ID of the new call without interrupting your current call.
