We have a definity site networked with a legend via a pt to pt T1. The definity has a PRI provisioned from a local provider. Outside calls originating from the legend are routed over the pt to pt T1 to the definity onto the PRI.

Outside calls originating from the definity are sending the correct caller id info (via isdn public). However, outside calls originating from the legend site are showing up with only the 4 digit extensions being passed as the caller id info.

Is there any way to send a 10 digit number? We have tried programming via isdn public to no avail.

Also, I had posted this issue in the Merlin forum to no avail. Several people in that conference reviewed our programming and determined that everything appears to be correct on the legend. We desperately need help.

Thanks,

I wish that I could help u, but if u are very desperate, u can always call the Avaya Definity Help Line in Denver. Just tell them u are not paying except if they get it working. Oh, they changed they name to Customer Support Group or something else cuz they got rid of Definity.
