caller ID on internal calls to super console 1000

Hello,

When we receive an internal call to LDN on super console 1000 in 200 EL/ML, it does not show extension number/name until the calls is answered. Is this normal??
How can I change it to show extension name/number when its ringing LDN at super console 1000?

It doesn't matter if it is internal or external, in both cases a SuperConsole 1000 does not show any CallerID/ANI until the call is answered.
