Caller ID on cell from PCA?

Just bought a few PCA (Personal Call Assistant) licenses for my CS1000E (6.0). Once I figured out the flexible feature codes, calls to my desk phone (M3904) now simultaneously ring to my cell phone (by simultaneously, I mean after a couple of rings).

My cell phone shows caller ID of 8 zeros and 10 (0000000010) when that happens.

Though I'm happy to be able to ID an office call when it comes in on my cell, I sure would like to be able to continue to screen my calls.

For those who use PCA, do you get (or should I expect to get) the caller's ID pass through when it rings my cell? If so, any idea what next troubleshooting steps I should take?

Give us a printout of the PCA TN and we'll see if there are some CLS settings incorrect. It should be giving you the correct info; when you call your cell phone from your desk does the caller ID show correctly?

Call from desk give's main number as per CLID table.

I don't have access to mine currently, so I'm running from memory;
try changing cls to
CNIA CNDA

It seems to me there is one other setting that changes something in the outbound ID....
maybe DNDA ? Try the first two first, then add the third if it still doesn't work.
When I get access to my switch I can look it up....

I guess why I was asking about calling from your desk, If you have inbound PRI (inbound caller ID), and outbound local goes out over a COT or other type of trunk (Billed number only - outbound), it may not be able to pass the caller ID outbound.... Mine are pri in/out so it works... just a thought.

Mine are PRI in/out. My outbound PRI gives a main number unless a caller ID table is set otherwise. At the IAUG Eastern Regional Conference this week, so won't be back on my switch 'til Monday.....unless there's an emergency, of course.
