Caller ID on BCM50 from Cell Phone 1

Greetings all BCM gurus,

I have a question; I'm pretty sure it's not with the BCM50 using a PRI, but I wanted to check with others.

A customer of mine; a sales person recently left and he was using a blackberry phone. They gave the new sales person the old cell phone, but now when the new sales person calls into the BCM50 (according to the customer~the pilot or DID... I have not seen this as of yet) the old name is propagated on the display.

The cell phone company states that they are only sending calling number identification and that the BCM is inputing the name once the cell phone calls in.

Other than Extensions and target lines, I'm not too sure where to look for any sort of name association in the BCM.

Did he program his cell number to be recongized throught the dialing table and thus displaying the name?

Thanks guys... yeah I started working with this product again the last couple of months. I used to work with MICs and CICs systems quite a bit in the past.

Forgot that location to program names. Speed dials!
