Greetings.

I have some analog telephone sets with caller Id capability connected to an Mxe. The problem is that the caller Id does not function.
The analog Stations share the same CoS with IP phones whose caller Id is just fine.

Is there anything that I need to tune on the 3300 for the analog sets to start displaying caller id for both internal and external calls?

Thank you.

There are several COS options that are specific to analog sets in the COS that relate to display

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

only the embedded ports and newer ASUII cards support the Caller id.

The beatings will continue until morale improves.

I have done it with an MXE III and an sx-200 bay. The Cards had to be ONS Class cards and I needed to add a DSP to the BCIII (I thank that was the part) to support it. The Exactly as kwbMitel stated there are several COS options under display. For message waiting indication there are support to 2 different types of analog sets. Some set types require the class clip for message waiting and some don't.

How are your ONS phone connect to the 3300?

AMB, SX200, ASU, Sx-2000 Peripheral?

Sx200 cabinet via a bcc 3 with an additional dsp to a cim on a 3300 mxe III.
