Caller ID on Analog station 2

I have an Avaya G3si Version 10. I have an analog phone but can not seem to get the Caller ID information. This port is setup on a TN793B analog circuit pack. In case this helps we have a PRI setup to receive DIDs. All my digital sets with differenct types of circuits packs work fine. Any ideas?

Are you trying to SEND or RECEIVE Caller-ID information?

If you are trying to receive the caller-ID info, change the station type to CALLER-ID.
