Right now our Help Desk has an ACD setup that just forwards the extension, 4357 to whoever is first in the call rotation that month. So for example this month 4357 is set to ncfw to 4436.
When someone calls 4357 the display on 4436 just shows Help Desk (the name that is on 4357) and then underneath shows the extension that is calling followed by 4357.
On the TN for 4436 its set to hunt to the next number and like wise with the next one.
Is there a way to show the caller name on these 3 sets when they call 4357?
