I know nothing about this KSU system but was told that the local phone service was called and Caller ID was order but the phones in this office is not receiving caller id. I tried to get one of the girls in the office to look and see what cards are installed but I am afraid that is not going to happen - so before I make the trip does anyone know what circuit card is needed for caller id on this system? Thanks.
