caller id on a cics with call pilot

I've got a customer with a cics and call pilot with AA answering after 2 rings, then a ccr tree to guide the caller to the proper set. the caller id used to appear on the chosen set but now only appears maybe 4 out of 10 calls - the rest of the time the display reads " line 002 transfer" any ideas why?

Swap CII Card with another
Test at Demarc the Call ID
Reboot

Line 002 may not be waiting the desired 2 rings, double check. Line 002 may not be sending CLID.

Curly cord! nice to see ya again. I think I will try the reboot. ive monitered the lines and can hear the clid signal. if this doesnt work i'll try the card. thanx guys

I am having a very similar issue regarding call display. I would like to review the line properties.. Could you tell me please, exactly where it would be found ..
