caller ID on a 8x24

I have a m8 installed. Does this have to be programed? It is on port 120 and the lines are programed to appear and ring on this port. Auto display can only appear on one phone. Which ext and how do you program that ext. The remaing phone will have a 811 button how do you activate this?

Make sure you have DR5 in your 824. The display set is programmed under Administration - Call Services - Auto Call Info.

Do you have an 8 port caller ID box for your 8x24?? If not it won't work at all.
