Caller ID on 3904. 2

Hello All,
I realize this may be something that has been answered before, I was not able to find anything in the archives. I just started working in an environment with 3904 and 05's never worked with them before. Multiple users have each others ext on their phones. they would like to be able to view the incoming call ID while an extension other than their own is ringing. Hope that makes sense, please advise!
