Caller ID on 2nd line on Miltel Superset 4025

At this time we are all getting "from priv" when the second line rings. We are using Mitel Superset 4025. We have to place the first line on hold in order to see the caller ID info for the second line. Is there a way to make the Caller ID info for the second line show up on the display automatically instead of the "from priv" message?
