Caller ID on 2.5 Software 1

BCM 1000 with 2.5 software...caller ID will only display after phone answered...need display while ringing...Under "terminals and sets", "telco features" the feature assignment for the target lines does not have the caller ID option on this software...where do you turn this option on???

try under the target lines itself (like the older MICS)

Thanks Senk1s, I found the CLID set setting under the target line, but it only allows one set per target line. This customer swears that every phone this line appeared on (5), got caller id while ringing. I can only make one set display it per line. Do you know any way to activate the feature on multiple sets?

nope it'll show up on only the set you specify (that used to be same problem in MICS as well ...before it got changed in i think Rel6)


I dont know if this'll work ...but try putting the target line under a huntgroup and send callerid to hunt group DN
