Can anyone think of a reason why caller ID for our attendant console is not passing the incoming phone number to her display screen?
On a list trace attendant, we see the name and phone number, but on her screen all she sees is a name AND the main telephone number to her office.
All other phones in the building can see the Caller ID phone number. It's a PRI Q-Sig Trunk group that the calls are coming through on.
