Caller ID not working

These calls are made from our option81. The phone number doesn't show up on caller ID it says "unknown number".
When I call our president's home phone (local number). "unknown number"
When I call our president's cell phone Blackberry) "unknown number"
When I call another area code I get. "unknown Number"
When I call my cell phone Nextel. The calling number is display.
How can I make the calling number show up on the phones receiving "unknown Number"? The calls are going out through a T1.

Is the T1 a PRI or just a CAS T1. Your nextel might be getting the main billing number and not the DID number of the phone. Or is it getting the DID number?

This is NOT a PRI circuit!!

I don't think you can get the DID number over the T-1, but you should be able to pulse out the billing number. Without PRI you are limited to what is sent out.
