caller ID not working

Hi all,

I have a customer whose caller ID is not working. The extension number flashes across the screen, just not the name. Here is her TNB:

I guess I should have specified. The TNB above is the station that does receive the caller ID. When people call her, only their extensions come up, but no name

check that you have CPNA in the CLS of those sets..and that thay have names added..

A name must be place on each number that you want to display a name instead of a number. Also call party name display must beturned on in the CLS of the set receiving the call. The name can be prgm in LD 95 or use LD11 and type the name next to the key and number as shown in the example above where the NAME is.

Try changing the Add to Tdd
I've ran across this before and it worked.

The TDD class only results in showing the name on the display of the called phone BEFORE answering. Not after pressing the SCR key.
